Help with my music

Whenever I Ask to play music by any artist it will only select and play one song. Same on CarPlay or Amazon. How do I get it to play multiple songs by a single artist?

What are you using for music, iPhone, Android, or a service?
I know nothing about Pandora or Spotify since I use Sirius for streaming.

When I use the music stored on my iPhone I can say 'shuffle (artist)' and it will play all songs.
Every once in a while an artist will have one song in its own category for some reason.
I'll have to edit the tags for all artist info to match exactly and then they all show and play together in a shuffle.
Also if you using your phone, make sure it is set to shuffle..
