Thanks for commiserating with me folks. I got a text from my dealership this morning requesting a review of their service. I wrote a very critical review. I doubt it will do anything. I'm over it.

Fortunately, yesterday was the last of my 2 free oil changes, so I won't be going back to the dealership for anything but major problems or recalls. My longtime trusted local mechanic will do my routine maintenance from here on.

This is a good point. They sent me this check list less than 30 minutes after I arrived. I thought the same thing as you..."how in the world did they check all of that is such a short time?" Then I got home and realized my washer fluid was nearly empty and the coolant was on the low side of the marks. So, that confirmed to me that all they did was check boxes.

    Nitrogen filled tires!
LIke you I won't be letting the dealer do anything other than Recall/TSB or warranty work. I will say Mountain States did a great job with my recalls and 5k rotation - done in under 2.5 hours. Timely and professional. On the other hand I will never use or recommend Stevinson Toyota West. Oil changes are easy once you add a fumoto valve - no mess. Tires are a bitch but I still do my own rotations unless I'm in for a recall service.

I see where you went. Not too much experience with that dealer recently. I can tell you in https://www.pedersentoyota.com/ Fort Collins isn’t worth it either. I linked them so the Sons Of Bitches might see this. They really flubbed an oil change on me recently and did some questionable maneuvers like unplugging my dash cam when I went in for the gas line recall. I left a poor rating, they called and said they wanted to discuss it, I called back and never heard from them again.

Haven’t checked McDonald in Greeley. That’s another option.
