    Nah, I have lots of easier options for quality steel than this. The power trowel blade mixed with the broken bandsaw blade makes a great contrast. And I have used chainsaw chain, ball bearings and coil and leaf springs on occasion. Mostly though, I’m just using known steel from reputable suppliers. Knowing exactly what the steel is allows me to tailor the heat treatment and get the exact hardness I want. I recently got some more exotic steels that I’m excited to try. (Apex Ultra, super blue #1 and super white #1)

    I'll get tint on my next windshield (clear, because Texas somehow has a problem with window tint). Don't want to make the investment yet because the shop that fixed the hail dents didn't really install it perfectly, and it's got 4 years of gravel strikes on it. It'll likely be replaced sooner than later.

    Can you see the seam at the bottom of the windshield? Not sure it'll matter much with clear tint.

    I have 20% all around the other windows, and after reading, I chose 35% on the windshield. It’s not legal here. Nor is having a prescription from a doc for it. Front plates must be displayed too…I haven’t had a front plate since….? Never an issue. My tint isn’t legal, none of my tint on any vehicle we’ve owned ever was. My wife used to get stopped all the time when we had a 2012 Jeep Cherokee. It was black on black, with limo tint. She was never cited for it, but this was when she would be off work about midnight so it’s just easy pc to stop and see who’s inside.

    A grilled cheese is a simple combination of white bread and Kraft American Deli slices sauteed in butter.
    Ham, bacon, tomato, jalapenos, tuna etc are delicious, but not a grilled cheese.

    I'm fine staying inbounds. Ceramic clear tint will still cool the cab. I've thought of getting darker tint on the back window, but it's not high on the list of things to do right now. I like the look of very dark tint all around, though.
