    Stumbled across this video with some interesting oil change interval information from Lake Speed Jr - a certified Tribologist. Scroll to about 26 minutes in the video. This is honestly how I've looked at OCI's so it might be a bit vindicating for my self.. haha.

    I'm sticking to 5k OCI's, just put in my first run of 5w30, noticeable difference from 0w30. Engine is quieter and smoother. I'm sticking with 30 weight, 0W for winter.
