Like Rey mentioned, I'm using the Form LED headlights. I bought them through @memario1214 at Hotshot Offroad and have been happy with them. Install was easy and the fit and finish are good. Output isn't quite as good as OEM LED, but it's a great upgrade from stock halogen lights, and the Form kit includes all the adapters and harnesses for the conversion from halogen. Can’t speak to the output on the projector model, but I wouldn’t have any pause trying them out after seeing the LED model in action.

They're legit. Looking into getting some for my Tacoma later. Some of my friends run them and they look clean!

I much prefer the output profile of the reflector version over the projector, and they are comparable to the OEM LEDs. @TRDFerguson has them on his personal truck and picked them up from us. He might be able to provide a bit more detailed and first hand perspective here.

The OEM LEDs are still a reflector style, so you're not looking at a technical difference when comparing the Form LED reflectors and the OEM LED headlights. I gave my opinion on the output difference in post 4, but the summary is they are close to OEM, but not quite as good for brightness and cutoff. If you're coming from halogens, you'll benefit from having all of the harnesses and adapters vs sourcing that separately from the OEM lights for a conversion. I only noticed because I was replacing a broken OEM headlight with the Forms and did a side by side test before replacing the other side.
