Has anyone changed the footwell bulb to a LED?
its a 74 bulb but I can’t find an LED replacement.

I replaced mine. Came as part of a cheap kit with all interior lights on eBay or Amazon. Been working fine for almost 3 yrs.

 

I bought an interior kit from Headlight Revolution. The footwell bulbs were made by GTR. I think this is the same one I got in the kit.

I am in the process of changing out all lighting to LEDs using VLEDS. I cannot say enough good things about their products ! Cargo, licence plate, interior, foot well and puddle lights have been done to this point.

 

Snip the bulb and socket off, wire in some led strips and they will fade on/off when you open/close the doors.






Run an additional wire down to the rear seats and let your passengers enjoy as well.

 

Like others,,, bought a replacement set and it was in there with all the others.

That is what I did - much improved - lots of light compared to OEM - can change color - make it go Disco to the music (optional) but folks in back really like it - now they make a set with a piece for the 3rd row...
