2021 White Tundra TRD

2021 Toyota tundra 5.7l TRD.
Remote start is not turning off when opening door and unless I push start button then I can't start it again.If I wait 15 minutes it will start.This issue has been draining my battery for last week until drained.Just purchased truck 6 months ago not sure which remote starter I have and dealer told me my truck doesn't have one. Any ideas.
