Vibration going downhill

    2017 black tundra TRD
    I have a 2017 TRD crew cab. While going down hill and when the brakes are applied there is a vibration in the front end. This does not occur when braking on a flat road. New rotors and pads installed along with alignment and new tires with no change. Thinking the struts but not sure, any ideas?
