2020 White Tundra 1794 4X4

I recently purchased and installed a Bak Revolver bed cover. I broke one of the finishing caps during installation and the straps. Let’s skip the I told you so.

The manufacturer does not have any of the replacements parts and don’t know when they will be back in stock. I feel like I have searched everywhere. Any suggestions? DIY fixes?
