Long time lurker here! Have a 2012 tundra crew 5.7 need an OEM exhaust. Found a new takeoff from a 2017 5.7 crew.....will it fit? OEM is $$$$$. Tried an aftermarket and too loud. All it does it tow!

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! It may be worth it to "make it fit" as opposed to buying new.

^^^ why the different part #'s? I've heard this both ways so I just want to be sure before I dish out the $500 he's asking for it. It does appear new as he claims. Probably sick of it sitting in his garage

hard to find stock exhaust around me. Especially one that fits a 2012. Figured if this fits its better than the 850 thru a dealer. I'd figure I'd offer him 300-400 and see what happens. I just find it odd that the part #'s are different yet guys say they fit fine. Wonder what is different or if I'd have to modify anything
