I only have about 300 miles on my new platinum tundra and love it so far but I was wondering is there a way to manage the electric motor boost and the regen like I can in my Tesla?

not really it's just a 1.8kw battery vs 100kw for a quick torque boost off the line...not enough capacity to bother with regen levels
