This only seems to happen every now and then but clearly it’s a very physical noise, I’m not too worried about it. Brand new SR5 2024 TRd sport, has power soft Tex seats. When the driver seat is lowered to the floor, then sliding back and forth, at a certain point along the track, the underside/inside of the plastic trim where the buttons are located seems to catch onto some stationary object under the seat and makes a click noise when it’s clearing it. Hope this makes sense. Imagine there’s an obstacle on the seat track (only on the door side), and a certain component of the plastic trim piece caught on it but not sufficient to be torn off, so as the seat continues to travel, that piece of plastic bends and flips and makes the noise. The thing is I can’t always replicate it.
