2010 tundra 4.6

2010 crewmax base, 4.6 left blinker started hyper flash. Replaced bulb, bulb socket, and relay box. No voltage on left front blinker wire. Does blinker voltage come from relay module?

Fixed blinker issue. Found chewed wire from rodent at firewall. Spliced wire.
