    Cap is slid too far back though. Doesn't follow the body line properly. Needs to come forward about 1/2" - 3/4"

    Man, I sure hope they replaced the fuel pump before installing that thing....

    Weight reduction, mostly rust.
    Right. I was 94k in 09-10, Now (interviewing realtors) suggested list 292k, and 315k for a high list price. I'm not complaining, but it is absurd. Taxes are about 2500 to 3000.

    Got to be careful w/those visions though... If the 'land alone' is worth $225k, and you have a house that needs to be completely stripped down (condemned), you could find yourself w/a crap ton of expense in teardown and trying to get rid of old construction materials (mold, asbestos, etc.); any hazardous waste removal can not only get expensive but become tricky in the permitting and such in dealing with....

    If you can buy raw land or ready to build land for half of the asking price, you may be better off... just something to check into :notsure:

    theres a big difference in price when you can halfass things yourself. I'm about to add half a dozen outlets with estate sale wire. But i will concede, the gutter companies were estimating pretty close to home depot prices, then knocked $1k off as soon as i started to walk away. Found a company willing to make the lengths i needed for cheap. Used the trailer because the long run is 23ft.

    Hahaha are the first two a california thing? Personally I prefer some good beef in my chili with a few different types of chopped onions. I don't hate or love avacados, although my gf loves them.

    Nice central location between the useful highways. Biggest lot in the neighborhood.
    Thing I don't like is a street terminates across from the house. You'll have headlights flashing your front windows all night. People gunning the engine to merge onto Shawsheen. But if there's a bedroom & sitting room on the back of the house you'd be good (or heavy velvet curtains -LOL)

    @Jack McCarthy
    Vision Government Solutions (vgsi.com)
    hopefully that takes you direct, but if not choose MA, then Tewks, then the address. They paid $155k for it. You offering $375 or $390 won't insult the owners at all, only the Realtor.

    Might be some family drama with Pilar. Was owned by Charles, Maria & Pilar. Then Pilar got the boot from the title. Then Maria was out & Pilar was back. Probably Mom died & left her half to Pilar. Had to be something going on that Dad took the kid off the title. But that's all speculation from the ownership history.

    you're more than welcome. Beans in chili is probably yankee. Fruit in salsa has its place, but as a cooking ingredient, if you're dipping with chips, no fruit & you need heat in layers. Avacado has to be an immediate affair, if youre gonna have to eat it for more than 1 meal, skip it.

    Hey @Jack McCarthy the listing on the house says 5 bed / 2 bath. Property card says 4 bed / 1.5 bath.
    Either the realtor is stretching the facts or there are some unpermitted improvements on that house.
    Go in low if you go.

    If it has an outside electric outlet, get an RV & plug it in. Connect the hose for water. Dig a hole to empty the tanks :rofl:Nice trailer to live in while you renovate.

    Gas hot water heat is a good combo for New England.
