Congrats on the Tundra, and nice setup! We also picked up a Tundra and 4Runner this year and are excited about using them as our camping vehicles. Still need to look into trailers that would be ideal for our family's needs.

    Thank you...

We've been quit pleased with this little guy: Teardrops NW Trek that I've modified quite a bit. We've had it over 2 yrs now and probably spent over 60 nights in it: @az_pikies

Currently looking for something a bit larger and fully self contained.

Just back from 2 nights of camping in the snow. Its kind of a mission keeping the toes warm but quite enjoyable otherwise.

The propane fire under the pop up tent sure helped us stay warm ish.

Camper is toasty warm so thats the important part.

we use a cassette for #1 and either dig a hole in the bush or use campground toilets for #2. Cleaning the toilet only used for pee I can handle, I am not willing to deal with the afternath of a poopy bowl/storage tank at the end of a nice wk end.

No, me either. I fully intend on digging (unless prohibited by area I’m in) for solid waste. Just curious if there are decent pre built options worth a flip, or just cut a hole in a 5 gallon and slap an old throne seat on er. I’ll be finding an open bottom privacy tent type thing for my wife and daughter.

    forgive the ignorance… what’s a cassette?

I have this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0024OAQ3Q?ref=emc_s_m_5_i_n&th=1 for when toilets aren't an option or I don't feel like digging.

    Pair it with: https://www.amazon.com/Pop-Up-Pod-D...&sprefix=camping+toilet+shelte,aps,246&sr=8-3

instead of cutting a hole in a bucket just place doggy poop bag around the rim to catch and dispose of, might need a larger bag depending on the bucket but concept is the same

Im considering forking out for this in the near future https://natureshead.net/

Composting toilet that seperated liquids and solids. Would be nice to be self sufficient in our small trailer that has no water/plumbing.

Says no venting required (carbon filter) but I question that one.

For a well made composting toilet, that's actually pretty cheap.

If I’m not using the camper I’ll camp where I can dig a hole to poop in. Then I can cover it up instead of paying 1k for an outdoor toilet. That 1k can go for a truck mod.

i dont see a way around it in our situation, we have no plumbing, no water, the misses does not want to poop in a bag and There is no way I am cleaning a murder scene cassette toilet after camping.

Definitely did. There are some quirks that I'm trying to iron out but it's been a mostly pleasant experience. 9/10, will do again!

Loaded up the rear wheel drive sleigh with waaaaay to much weight for a 4 night backcountry holiday. Coming back to work is disappointing.

Napkin math says the snow machine has around 430lb of cargo and the trailer and its contents would be around 150lb.
Its hauling more then its own weight in cargo, pretty proud of the ol girl.

What's your thoughts on the build quality? The family is looking at the NB19.3. Seems to fit the bill for our needs.

Sorry for the confusion, I dont own one I was asking the opinion of anyone that did.

I did view a 19.something at camping world and it seems nice enough (but then again I dont have a lot of experience with trailers to compare it to)

    thanks

Kind of a space shuttle vibe but I love the headroom inside. Free camping around AZ.
