So I drill on the inside fender on the driver side, I hit the big black power wire and made a spark. Checked the wire and it looks good, only wire I hit was the black wire and just made a little hole in it so I patched it up. Got everything put together and now when I start the car, the alternator don’t charge the battery, and no power to the inside fuse box at all. Also I can’t put the truck into any gear. Anything will help.

    Welcome to the forum.
I see you posted in the Gen 2.5 (2014-2021) thread, but what year is your truck?

Off the top of my head, you may have blown one or 2 main fuses located under the underhood fuse box.

You can find wiring diagrams for your truck here.

The 150A LH–J/B goes to the inside fuse box, but you might have blown more than that one...

Good lesson to disconnect the neg terminal when doing stuff around the battery.

Need help no power to fuse box, no dash lights, no interior lights light up. drove fine no issues the 12 min drive home. Parked in drive and needed to move for the morning. Turned the key and nothing no power. Battery has 13.6v, but no power to fuses to test. I've pulled most of them and did visual on them, none were blown. was thinking it was the main fusible link block but it tests out good. Going to look at all grounds now but that's my. Any help would be much appreciated. I did find the ground from the trans to body gone so will be replacing this afternoon.
