Removing the bra? for my 2013 Tundra

So my kid 2nd gen Tundra is back from school and reunited with my 2.5 gen. As I am doing a quick inspection I am noticing this hood plastic wrap, whatever that is, I called it a bra, is cracking and looking like crap. How do I remove that and would it mess up the paint? Should I get some specialized service to do it for me? I am not a handy guy at all

 

The door handle sticker might peel off, but I'd use an eraser wheel for the hood and fenders.
Gonna be a big and time consuming job.

Some will recommend a heat gun.

Perhaps try a chemical adhesive remover.

Don’t use an eraser wheel on that. it’s going to get gooey and cause more work for you.

I used a combo of yellow and orange PLASTIC razor blades on an angle with a tremendous amount of elbow work. In conjunction to the tools the chemical I found worked best for me( also a southern truck ) was from Walmart.

I soaked it on a rag and sprayed it on the clear bra. After a few mins I went to town on it with the razors.
