Hello all. I want to send a warning out to all you Tundra owners about my experience at toyotapartsdeal.com.
My drivers' seat has started to lean slightly so I decided to get a new seat pad from toyotapartsdeal.com, ordered it online, and when it arrived I had gotten a seat cover. When I double checked the order I had indeed ordered a seat cover. My bad. I got a hold of them immediately and got a RMA#, put the package they sent me into a box and took it to the post office that day. In the mean time I ordered the correct seat pad, which fit OK....I made it work. They recieved it on 2/12 and sent an email telling me they would inspect it and get back to me in a couple of days. No word for a week. I call and get someone who says they will look into it. I get an email saying they are looking into it. This happens several times over the next 3 weeks and I finally start to call daily to see what is going on. Day 3 I ask to speak to a manager. Tracy tells me that she will take care of it personally last Friday. Crickets. I call Monday and talk to her again, I get a canned email saying the same "We are looking into your return and will contact you shortly" I had been receiving in the past. I call Tuesday and the same result, we'll let you know, which they don't. Yesterday I get it kicked up to the managers' manager Joe. He tells me he is going to personally take care of it (They must have a script). I get an email 3 hours later that says the package is not resellable and they are not going to refund my money and they are sending it back to me. Bear in mind I open their packaging and instantly knew it was not a seat cushion and in no way messed with it. I call and talk to Joe and he starts with the unfortunatleys.....Unfortunately the package was damaged so we can't/won't refund your money. $328 for a seat cover!! I ask about a credit......Unfortunately we can't resell it so you are screwed. SO they take a damaged packaged part and send it to me knowing that if it is returned they will deny the return. And they strung me along for a month. They are the absolute WORST!! So my $300 seat pad has cost me $628 plus the shipping of $25........$653 for a SEAT PAD. Never again. I would steer clear of these predators, they are evil, dirty, despicable, and all the cuss words I won't write on this thread. Be careful guys!!

Update....my buddy reminded me that since I put it on my credit card, i can dispute the charge so I did. Take that toyotapartsdeal.com!! It will take some time to see if it works but from what I understand it is a major pain for the payee......REALLY hoping it is!!

You will be surprised but these fockers are pros at what they're doing. Unless you took pictures of the item before you send it back, as part of the charges dispute they will ask you to prove you send it back in good order. If you don't have pics you will be screwed. Trust me, they know how to work the system and they will screw you over, unless you get lucky and they don't push back to strong. Either way, I feel is shady business so most likely they will screw you.

I had a similar experience and I had pictures, and my bank sided with me, refunding me $1200. I learned this valuable lesson long long time ago during the eBay dispute days :)

I've used them before and had a pretty disappointing experience too.

I purchased a radiator which was half-assedly thrown into a box roughly the same size with no freaking padding! The radiator was destroyed in transit  so I had to jump through my ass to get pictures to them to assert my innocence.

And I had to pay to send the remnants of the radiator back to them. I told them on the phone, I'll save us all some time and toss it in the scrap pile.

I've had at least one other issue with them. They are terrible.
