AliExpress 14” Display and 360 degree camera add on

There’s not much information about this item to make the 14” upgrade and have 360 degree camera on tundra so I am looking for some insiders for this purchase. I see someone already bought it and installed it and resulted amazing. -I was wondering if the quality of the screen felt cheap?
-Do I have to remove OEM reverse camera?
-Is it possible to install the bed camera with the rear view camera on this radio along side the rear view mirror?
-Any tips for installation? Or anything I need to get before hand?

The answer to your question is anything is possible if you have enough time and money. At the risk of bricking your infotainment system and losing control of some of the functions controlled from your infotainment I think I would avoid ali express anything....I think by the time you track down and pay for all the OEM cameras (mirrors, 3ed brake light, front etc.) and spend the hours upon hours of time wiring them up you're probably not that far off from a trade into a vehicle with it already. Maybe not... Guess we'll see.
