Picked up today my 1794 Hybrid magnetic gray. Been waiting since January 13. Our first Toyota. This replaces our 2009 Titan which was very reliable for us. I am old school and love all the bling. The chrome haters can just put their sunshades on! 6.5' bed, MGM on saddle tan with head up, leveling & AVS, power running boards, and bedliner (a photo of the sticker is below). Found as an allocation which matched exactly all my specs after searching hard for 3 months nationwide and landed it at Fox Toyota Clinton TN. They have a huge inventory of vehicles and show 87 tundras though many are allocations. The truck drove really well 5 hours back to Lynchburg VA. A few jerks and clunks but things settled down eventually.

On I-40E east of Knoxville before reaching I-81 there was a semi crash, not bad, but traffic clogged up going up the hills and filled up 3 lanes, packed solid, slow go for about 30 minutes. Slight up hill grade going 5-8mph and engine tach would drop to 0 but we'd move along on the hybrid drive. I thought that was pretty cool.

Not sure if me and Android Auto are going to get along. Will need lots of patience to learn this.

Some photos below but really nothing new or exceptional except I specifically checked and made a screenshot of the head unit SW version which is at v2170. On my Customizable Features list which the dealer did well and changed them all (about a dozen) I added the SW ver update and they got it in. I will include this photo in the TSB thread for the head unit updates. Regards, Pat

Good looking truck! Nothing beats a long bed, much more usable than a short bed. Welcome to the forum!

Nice looking truck, mine is very similar. Not a long bed though.

Congrats man on your new rig,I think you'll be more than happy with it,and as for the Android Auto and everything else offered in it,just take a couple of crash courses in night school.

    Congrats!

Congrats on the new truck. I have a mesquite 2022 and it's my favorite Tundra of three I have owned. I came from a voodoo blue 2019 TRD Pro and previous to that I had a 2001 1st gen.

Congrats on the new rig. You will learn the quirks of Android Auto soon enough. It can be annoying. BTW, Lynchburg is my wife and I's happy place. We love it there.
