I am having a few issues with my driver seat and related electronics in my 2024 Platinum, which is has been occurring since delivery, just a week ago. Would appreciate some help diagnosing the issue, and whether it is me or something is wrong.

First, when I adjust my seat backwards and forwards, I get a consistent beeping noise.

Under boarding and exit settings, I have the steering set to tilt and retract, and the seat to move back. When I turn the car off, the exiting functions work fine. Upon start up, the tilt works, but the seat does not return to the previous setting (which happens to be my L1 setting).

Also, if I adjust my seat and mirrors differently from how L1 memory button is set, upon pressing L1, the mirrors will return to the memory setting, but the seat will not adjust back to the memory setting.

I think I have a problem and need to go to the dealer. Or is there a possible fix? Thanks in advance for your assistance and input.

For the memory functions, try moving the seat all the way back, then all the way forward. Then all the way up and down, then recline all the way back and forward. Apparently this is supposed to be done before the dealer delivers it. This dance sets the limits. Once I did it,the memory function started working properly.

Thank you so much! That process addressed all of the issues I was experiencing. Suppose my dealer missed it..amongst other things, but that is for a different post. Thanks for the input and additional reference.
