    What are you towing?
    What is the terrain?
    What is your average speed?
    Any mods to the truck?

Yesterday I towed a 4000lb trailer 450 miles. I also had a 300lb cattle headgate in the bed and a huge overweight American passenger.

    Rolling hills

Speeds were 50% 55mph and 50% 70mph (actual, not indicated)

37” tires with 3” life and about 300lbs of armor. I was over the max 1,500lb payload for sure.

I got 11.1mpg after adjusting for tire size as an average of 3 fill ups.

I don’t have tow haul mode so I kept it in S7. The turbos were whistling a lot but it drove like a champ. @hagrid It pulled hard with no issues and it is noteworthy that I have the SR which is roughly 50hp fewer than all of the other trims.

My only complaint is the 22 gallon tank. I drove it beyond 0 miles to empty and still only got 205~ miles.

Overall I am happy with the performance which is great since I will have to keep this truck forever.

That's pretty good fuel economy for your setup.

    Lots of stuff!
I wonder if there is a fuel cell that can be added to increase the range? I am probably around the same mileage when towing and I have the larger tank but it would be nice to be able to travel without having to look at the gauge all the time. It would be easy enough to carry a 10 gallon gas can as a backup.

Having an older EV with a smaller battery as a daily makes me watch the reserves all the time so I have developed a bit of range anxiety!

Wonder if a new 32 gallon tank from the higher trim levels would work?

Tow a 23.5 foot center console weighing just over 5k lbs full of fuel. I get about 9.5 mpg combined.

Pulled my 34’ TT up to the lake 70 miles and got 11.1, return trip without camper got 22.2. I was running 275/18 at that time. I’d say you were doing alright.

Thank you for looking that up. Little steep on the price. My tank was 1100.00 and caught it on sale for 1000.00 shipped to my door. Around 5 more tank fills should pay for itself now. This allows me to fill where I want to instead of falling into those fueling traps right off the highway. On average, I save 21-25.00 on fill ups that way. .35 cents per gallon adds up quick. Diesel swings a bit more in price though.

You should plan on getting laid to rest in that turd.

And if you had the V8 from the second gen you'd start enjoying life again instead of slowly becoming a highway hermit.

I didn’t realize how sick his boat was until I saw it compared to the size of the truck.

@Bannerman won’t let @Black widow TRD ride in his so maybe @TWade will.

I'm not a mean or hurtful person. @Eurodriver has a pathological desire for me to approve of his SR pseudo-truck, tree-bopping shenanigans.

His truck SUV/crossover has been weighed, has been measured, and has been found...

    ... wanting.

Awesome boat @TWade I strongly considered a SeaHunt before I bought mine last year, they seem to be a great value. Built near me so I see a ton of them on my lake.

Towing with my 23 Limited on stock size Michelins from Detroit to Virginia International Raceway and back. Truck is stock with load leveling rear air suspension.

Trailer is an aluminum open deck that weights about 1400 lbs with 3150 lb corvette strapped to it. 4 spare tires in the bed along with tools and spare fluids.

Pretty mountainous terrain for half the trip. Averaging 70 mph throughout.

Got just about 12 mpg average. All on regular gas. Used mostly Tow Haul mode, some Tow+.
