Guys I really need some help.. so I have a 08 tundra sr5 the driver window main switch broke and I was using a pin to activate the window. I finally replace the main window switch and now my driver window will not move up or down. I have tried 2 different switches from Amazon and even 2 window motor assembies. Nothing fixed the issue. I have also check fuses and cannot find any blown fuse.. all the other windows function properly on all switches. Drivers side (Auto) button is illuminated

Have you tested the motors? Or the switch? Or the wiring at the motor when activating the switch? Assuming you’ve checked the fuses already? Not visually, but actually tested them?

Check to see if you’re getting power at the window motor

So you have voltage going to the window motor when the switch is engaged and the motor isn’t moving?

The same thing happened on the wifes Malibu. Drivers side window wouldn’t roll down but all others would. Bought a master switch from Amazon and I still had the same issue. Returned that one and bought another one from Amazon and still the same issue. Before I tore into it any deeper thinking it was the window regulator I decided to buy one more but I bought it from Rockauto. Installed it it and every window worked. Definitely possible you are getting bad switches.

Was it not repaired as per the TSB. Why spend the money when it can be replaced with an OEM part for free99

blackdemon__tt, is there a link to the TSB. I can’t find what you’re referring to and free99 sounds great!
