TRD Pro Grill - YotaLED Front Camera Shim V2
    ORDER HERE

This is used to adapt a post-mounted front camera to the YotaLED bracket specifically on 19-21 TRD Pro grills (where the honeycomb interferes with the camera otherwise).

Introducing V2 of the TRD Pro Grill Front Camera Shim.
    • Updated the "nipple" on the YotaLED plate side of the shim to directly match the hole in the YotaLED plate - you no longer have to bore out the hole to 7/16"
    • Tweaked the top curve a little to improve the match to the Natika camera.
    • I am now including the hardware to extend the camera post through the grill and anchor on the back side:
      • M8 x M12 thread adapter/extension
      • M12 flange nut
      • 1/2 ID x 2 OD stainless fender washer
You will still need source the following yourself:
What you will receive in the package (the washer you receive will be slightly smaller ID):

How everything will go together -
    1. Install the rubber gasket onto the back of the camera, then slide the shim (nipple pointing away from the camera), YotaLED bracket, and M8 flange nut (from your camera hardware) over the camera wire and get all of that snugged up and aligned on the YotaLED plate. Make sure to push the camera and shim tight to the plate first (so the nipple inserts into the hole on the plate) so that when you tighten the flange nut it will pull everything square to the front (the nut will have a gap at the upper part of the plate).

    2. Slide the M8 x M12 thread adapter over the camera wire and thread it onto the remaining threads of the camera post. Use a wide screw driver to carefully snug up the thread adapter, but be VERY CAREFUL not to press against or damage the camera wires.

    3. Set the camera and YotaLED plate in position in the grill from the front, and then slide the fender washer and M12 nut over the wire and run them up to the backside of the grill. Tighten the M12 nut onto the thread adapter to sandwich everything onto the grill. (picture shows position of parts, without the grill).
