Does anybody know if there's anywhere I might be able to go TODAY(it being a Sunday) to buy this OEM filter housing? Looks like all dealerships parts stores are closed Sundays.
Do any of the auto parts stores sell this OEM part?

FLAPS don’t carry the OEM housing. You might find a Dorman part. Where are you located. Someone may have one near you.

Just be careful of the Dorman , it's a universal fit for Toyotas..

All 5.7 and several other engines use this cap. Just be sure to use the longer tower inside as some models use the shorter filter. Transfer it from your old housing. No need to bend the tabs - just use a trim tool to slightly squeeze the tube just above one of the tabs and it pops right out.

Looks like this dorman aluminum comes with 3 sizes but what's the difference between the 2?

I would use the OEM tower which has the tabs. The Dorman looks like it has a short tower with tabs and then you slip one of the two over it. It should work either way as all the tower does is keep the paper filter from collapsing.
