    We went and looked at a 2006 19’ Roo to upgrade from our PUP. It’s definitely been neglected a bit, but nothing that some TLC wouldn’t fix. I looked under the floor as I felt like there was a soft spot, and noticed this. Is this how they are built? The wood was approximately where the sink/kitchen was at. I have a feeling this isn’t from the factory.
