You’ll need to replace some hardware for the top 4 bolts that go into the rail but I have one of the old ones for your hardware store trip.

yes, i had to drill holes to get the lower mounts on. They sold it as a direct fitment but the bed mounting bolts are further away from the cab on the Dcs than crewmax
