wondering if anybody knows if and where the relay is after the dash switch. when it worked i could hear the relay engage and the shift motor run ,,now total quiet and have power everywhere so i suspect a relay. frank

I had this same issue but my 4hi and 4low were flashing when I was in 4hi. I turned the car off, waited about 30min and then turned it back on and it went away. I know you're already tried this but outside of this, I'm not sure where the relay is at.
