I'm guilty of watching that channel often, our troopers in Arkansas don't play when you decide to run.

I'm not sure. But the part when I thought the driver was just more debris. Or maybe the part where the officer handcuffed him when he clearly wasn't responsive. Or when the officer said I think I ran over him there. In any case, he got what he deserved. 100 mph+ that endangers others lives should end badly.
