Just want to to say that AT3Wa tires suck. Much better improvement with the new AT3W tires that I just had installed. When my rear end slid during a left turn (keep in mind with gentle throttle) during wet weather a few weeks ago with my old tires, that was definitely a wake up call. I only had the the other tire for less than 2 years and they wore down fast and the tread was getting lower.

    Pretty things
Let us know in 2 years I guess.

I generally expect new tires to have better traction than worn tires. Especially with an AT.

We also don't have a lot info regarding use. What kind of mileage did the last set have on them? What type of driving do you typically do? Was this in a desert community? After a long dryspell?

I did a lot of off-roading and those tires had less than 30k miles on them. Once the AT3Wa starting getting more and more miles on them, wet traction got worse and my back end would easily break loose even with gentle throttle. These AT3W are a night and day difference.

Yep, I love my AT3W. (35X12.5 17) Excellent tires so far. Great snow performance as expected. I pushed uphill slightly, while dragging my rear diff through the whole way. Lol. Had Firestone XT that lasted only 15k before the they wore down to 2/32. (285 60 20). What is the AT3Wa?

Should have got the AT3w. My AT3w stuck like glue to the road as I raced to get ahead of a tropical storm. I drove through puddles and around turns at the speed limit and over out running the storm.
The side wall groves on the wa are not as wide as the w. Displaces less water. You got what you paid for.
