2011 tundra front passenger door RATTLING

This door rattling is driving me crazy. I bought it used in 2015 and didn't start noticing a rattle in the passenger door. It is not related to the speaker, I run the music loud.

I've been reviewing past threads on this subject but I need things explained clearly.
Just like Forrest Gump except my mama went to heaven and can't explain things so I can understand them.

Has anyone had a success with the second generation tundra door rattling?

Also: I had a 2001 Tundra that leaked oil from the top gaskets on the left side of the engine and can you believe it does the exact same thing in my 2011.
