I been having my 2022 Tundra SR5 for a little over two years now and within the past two or three days the truck alarm has been randomly going off after the truck is locked.

I have verified all the windows are rolled up, door seals are good, and hood is closed. Has anyone had this issue yet? If so what was the solution.

just a question, where is your key fob when this is happening? There have been several who have had the fob open the tailgate on them when in their pockets, the buttons getting pressed accidentally.

@gmcguire7220 my main key fob was on the counter and my spare stays hanging up on the walll.

could be your fob battery is going bad? cheap to replace and always a good idea to keep a spare fob battery in the glove box just in case. You never know when they decide to die and you don't want that to happen in the middle of no man's land.

Yep. Still a good idea to keep a spare battery IMO.

This is my guess as well, although the truck told me last time that the battery was getting low. Worth keeping a pack of them in the glovebox.

YMMV since I own a '21, but at the end of my original battery's life it would randomly set off the car alarm at all hours. No issues starting or any other symptoms (it even measured as 'healthy' at the local AutoZone).

If you have access to another battery then I'd try that.
