Does anyone know a SoCal dealer that will do the transmission drain and fill? I went to the local dealer in Tustin where I live and they said they would do it and after being there for an hour they turned me away and said it wasn’t worth their time for the Price they quoted me. Frustrating, but just looking for a place to do it to save me the headache. Thanks in advance!

    I got you. 2200 Auto Park Way # J, Escondido, CA 92029

Le's Auto Services, they do soild work and very well priced. (760) 747-7546

They are the only shop that I take my Tundra to and that I trust to do the work. The lady that answers the phone is very energetic and super happy all the time fyi.

lol, yeah the service writer wasn’t at fault, as I made the appointment over the phone prior with a customer service agent, and he was a cool guy. It was the Service manager that shut it down. I wasn’t trying to get mad and ruin my day, so I just figured I go elsewhere. They tried to make me purchase the full trans service instead and I told them I didn’t want it, even though they offered a discount lol! $450 instead of the $150 drain and fill they quoted.

They can do whatever service you need on your Tundra. They have changed my transmission fluid 3 times over the years. My tranny would overheat, prior to me installing my trans cooler so I had them do the service on it. You can either provide your own fluid or they will acquire it. I only use oil from Toyota on the tranny.

    None....
I just did this myself for 75 bucks in Toyota fluid and parts in 20 minutes. Its sad dealers won't touch a truck for under 200 bucks an hour. Please post the dealers name that gives quotes then when you get there they want 3 times the price. So others take take their business elsewhere and avoid this sleezy dealership!

Good to know. I am in Escondido. I do all of my maintenance and most repairs, but good to know of a local place that others have experience with.

I also do most of my own maintenance stuff but have used the truck shop in Miramar for some larger services and they are great. Good to have this as a backup thanks!
