I use my truck for hunting. It has a cap on the back and usually 8-10 bird dogs in it. Probably about an extra 600 lbs in the bed with the cap, dogs and gear.

I was thinking about adding the med (500 lb) Deaver springs which give me 2” plus a 1”shackle in the rear.

For the front, I’m torn between the Fox 2.0 or the 2.5 series coil overs which gives me 3” lift and a smoother ride. I don’t do a ton of off-roading. Just when I’m hunting and it’s washboard dirt/gravel roads and some steeper rocky grades. Idaho, Arizona and Nevada mostly. I did manage to tear off my factory skid plate in AZ.

There is a significant difference in price between the 2.0 and the 2.5.

For those who are familiar with these, what do you recommend for my application?

How much better ride is the 2.0 over stock, and how much better is the 2.5 over the 2.0?

    Thank you!
