    Hey @RainMan_PNW,

    I see that you have some other BD lights on the build! We appreciate the continues support. With just installing the SAE, how are you enjoying your lighting package?

    Holiday = mod install day.

    Battery hold down and SDHQ terminal kit in the engine bay, seat jackets and panel for both front seats. Need to trim my Husky floor mats to play nice with the panel.

    You can use to strap or bolt things you want within easy reach. I have an element fire extinguisher that will go on the driver side. Probably put a flashlight on the passenger side.

    Have an element fire extinguisher under the seat but needed more redundancy so added some fire extinguishers to the bed cage.

    So far so good. I’m not super excited about the fog light mounting, but that’s more of an issue with the Toyota bezels. The lights themselves are slightly angled so the cutoff line is higher to the outside than the center - not a lot but enough I see it when I pull up to the garage. Again, this is more about how the housing sits in the bumper…and gives me more incentive to get a full front bumper instead.

    The lights themselves are great, and I’ve been very happy with the fogs, the S8, and my S2 Pro reverse lights. I’ve still got Squadron sports to mount for ditch lights, S2’s to get up on the rack (or actually hoping for the MESO TBL to become reality soon), and an OnX6+ to get up on the rack as well (thanks secret Santas).

    So today I did my usual commute to work and home (27 miles each way - about 10 miles of winding hilly country to lane and 15 miles of freeway and two miles of city streets. I drive a little more “aggressive” to play around with things a bit.

    This is completely subjective…
    but it did feel a bit more responsive in the throttle. Like mashing it down to go around someone or to take off from a light, there was no bogging/hesitation like I feel like I often got before. Not quite like switching on Tow/Haul, but more snappy than usual.

    Of course my MPG for the trip home was shit because of how I was driving so I need to work through a full tank or two to see how that works out.

    All told, I’m happy. Much cheaper than the CAI’s I’ve looked at (and the cost was spread over a couple years).

    I hadn’t seen this design before, just the ICS and Rago versions. Do you have to cut out the divot area at all or do the ball mount screws just go the depth of the top plate? I tried to look for this on their site but the install video link is for the Tacoma version.

    I haven't seen those before...where'd you find them? I removed all the other badges but left those just to 'break it up' a little; I think I like the decal idea.

    Pushing, it was kinda tight, but sits on the metal sleeve of the bushing. The 29mm kept slipping off.
