3 inch lift, Flowmaster catback exhaust, BFGoodrich 35s, Rough Country Bull Bar with LED Light Bar. Fender flares
Just replaced idler pulley over the weekend and replaced tensioner, pulley, and belt about 3k miles ago. It still squeaks for a about 30 seconds on cold start. What else could be squeaking?

    Probably not the case but,

Squeaking on a cold start is a sign of an incorrectly routed belt. Happens A LOT. Check and double check to make sure it is routed correctly.

Very easy to route incorrectly and it still works except for squealing at start up.

    Hopefully not something expensive.
