Service & Diagnostic requested for 2012 Toyota Tundra

Just picked up my 2012 Toyota Tundra from rebuttable automotive company and was charged 1 hour minimum charge $144.45. When requesting the diagnostic report they stated that the truck performance was perfect. Is it standard policy that no document offered when picking up vehicle???

 

That seems sketchy to me. Seems like they would have paperwork and a check list of everything that they "diagnosed" for their report.

 

My thought exactly, I've been doing business with this company for years with both our vehicles but recently they changed owners and there reviews have dumped. This incident is the last straw for me.

 

Never taken my vehicles in anywhere and not left with a report or at least a checklist of what they did.
