Coolant change help

So I have about 40k on the truck it's 2023 tundra capstone can anyone assist me with finding the drain plug on the cylinder block water drain cock plug?

I cannot seem for the life of me to find this at all.

 

That coolant really does not need changing already. It's not a Ford !

I know most only the radiator pet cock is the only drain. Your picture looks like fun to get to and probably used to lessen the mess replacing the water pump. So maybe somethings need removed to actually get to that little plug.
Belt/hose/fan??

 

I live In FL where as you know gets pretty darn hot trying to keep up on PM keep her running for a long time. Nothing wrong with taken good care of her lol

Yup, hopefully there is not a special process you'll need like the 3.5 ecoboost did. Tool pulls all the air out an then you add coolant via the same tool.

So it's weird the refill port is super small on it take a 1/2 drive and connects right to it. This the brake down on how to do it from the Toyota service manual

 

Really not needed yet , there’s preventative maintenance but 60k miles early? Wow

 

Rather do it now since it's cool in FL by August I will.habe another 20k on it Temps here will.be likey in 100's rather get it done while it's cool outside than when it's blazing hot.

They test them in conditions much more brutal than FL. Think Death Valley

60k miles early?? Crazy. OP must be bored and just looking for something to do? When I changed the coolant on my Tacoma at 10 years right about 100,000 miles it looked like brand new. 9 years to go for my Tundra. I'll revisit this then. LOL.

 

Exactly, and no matter where you drive the coolant is ~the same temperature. There's this little thing called a thermostat...
