4.5 full suspension lift by Rough Country. Toyo open country 35 x 12.5 x 18
So this is my first post to this group. I’ve come to it over the years for ideas. A few years ago I upgraded my rims and tires but didn’t pull the trigger on the lift and now I’m finally doing it!
Just got all my goodies delivered for my lift and tires come tomorrow. Scheduled the work to get done on January 4th!
I have a silver 2014 TRD off road SR5 crew max.
I chose the 4.5 full suspension lift by Rough Country with lifted front struts and N3 read shocks.
    For tires I got a set of Toyo open country 35 x 12.5 x 18.

having it all done professionally by a place near me called “the Truck Shop” that specialises in truck modifications such as this. Pretty pumped. All together it came out to be pretty pricey… but the truck is paid off, runs like a champ and I’m really looking forward to the transformation. Has anyone done this mod or one like it yet? Any issues you ran into would be great to know about ahead of time. Thanks I’m advance!

Today is the day. Upgrades are under way. This is the part I dread. Waiting for the bad news that something is broken and it’s going to cost you a fortune lol. Always my luck.
I feel like im waiting for a family member to get out of surgery.

You mind sharing where you got your 4.5" kit from? I know they have the 3.5" kit, and the 4.5" coilovers, but haven't seen the 4.5" kit

Yes I purchased the 4.5 in lift from Rough country. I’m very happy with my choice. It is a full suspension lift so it drives great but you will need a spacer for your drive shaft.

Did you have to buy the other components separately? Like the diff drop, rear lift, drive shaft spacer etc

I am looking at upgrading to this suspension lift mainly because my stock suspension is wore out and bouncy. Does this lift have a stiffer ride? Do you find it squats a bunch if you hook up a trailer or put a load in the back?
