10k Miles on my '23 SR5 and I have a clunk or grinding sound in the front end, mainly while turning at low speeds. Dealer states that it is the bump stop - steel rubbing on the aluminum part below the lower ball joint. They claim that everything is tight, but it seems to happen more and more and is getting louder.

Has anyone noticed this sound, particularly at full lock? Also, I believe there HAS to be something more than this. I can't even pull out of a parking spot without everyone in the lot looking at my brand new truck like "what the hell is wrong with that thing?"

    All help is appreciated!

Loose bolt in the front end. I knew it had to be something.

I notice a click or rub sound in the front end when turning at low speeds as well. Just started. 12k on 2023. Did you ever find out what the issue was?

Awesome! Did you find it yourself? Could you please share a pic of the bolts location so others can check theirs? Some early 22’s had reported loose front axle bolts but I’m not sure which ones. Thx for reporting back.

I'd like to know.... I have a 2023 with a little under 10k that has now a clunk sound when I first start driving.
Slowing down, clunk, hit the gas clunk. Truck warms up, no clunk.... well either that or I just mentally supress it.
