Not the best on a computer please forgive me lol. Had a small accident ran up on a fender of a car popped my tire and bent the spindle support knee. Got towed to a little shop after a month he started replacing the whole spindle assembly and replaced it with a used 2015 assembly. went to test drive it was pulling to the right when i returned to the shop and in the light looked and my tire is still leaning in not rubbing the knee like after the accident but pretty close to it. He said that was as close as his alignment shop could get it even after cutting the tie rod uugghhhh said it was fine NO its not fine i was and am MAD. paid him what the insurance gave me so im in a bind. Oh yeah wheel bearing is out in that spindle assembly too.

    Welcome from NY.

Since you went through insurance call them up and tell them it's not fixed properly. Go to a Toyota dealership and get an estimate on the damage and what needs to be repaired and replaced, then resubmit your claim. Hopefully the insurance company can get there money back........unless the check was made out to you and then you paid them with cash. If you paid by credit card maybe you can dispute the charge because it wasn't fixed properly. Good luck.
