Hi, I’m looking to trade in my 17 F150 for a 2018-21 Tundra. Preferably a Crewmax. What is considered too many miles on a used Tundra? I’m not looking to break the bank, and would like to spend no more than 40k.
    Thanks in advance.

Depends on your comfort level with vehicles. Look a few posts down that was resurrected about a guy with 400k. The latest was 495k.

I bought mine with 120k. Price was right and I jumped.

Start looking and limit your search to your budget. Get an idea for prices vs milage. That will give you an idea of what you can get.

Prices have started to come down considerably, so you shouldn't have any issues finding something that works for you....

If it were me, I'd look for something in the 50-100k mile range, which would give you an easy 100-150k anticipated miles w/o major issues as long as the rig was well cared for and properly maintained.

The only trim level that has prices that are still somewhat high are for the Pros (which are more difficult to find), so look for a well optioned SR5, Limited, Platinum or 1794 edition depending on your tastes

Also, here is a link to Tundras for sale via this forum so you can get some idea of what folks are asking for their rigs w/various mileage, options and MODs...

Thanks for the replies…one in particular caught my eye, it’s a 2018 Limited Crewmax with 56k mikes. Been on the dealerships site since late November..they originally were asking $40,150 and now it’s down to $36,975. I’m going to swing by tomorrow and take a look.
