I have a 2019 TRD Pro that I am installing power fold mirrors on. Currently I am trying to figure out what wires to tap into so I can have the function work. Does anyone have any good videos or wire diagrams that’ll help.

I want to be able to lock my door and my tow mirrors fold in if needed or use the extend and retract function on the new power fold mirror button I ordered. Thank you!

Someone else will likely have the links saved, but I'll check back later and assist if someone doesn't beat me to it.

IIRC, it was a combination of sites and one of the threads had the links to the switch and pins required to make it work within the existing plugs. Searching for power fold tow mirrors will probably give you the best results.

Rainman from the pnw. Check his build thread. Don’t reinvent the wheel. He did it all for us!

@RainMan_PNW 's write-up is much more thorough. At the time I did mine, I followed this as one of my main sources:

    https://www.tundras.com/threads/d3s-black-18-crewmax-tundra-build.31435/#post-858086

This link was also useful but I believe I only ended using one, maybe two of them and the external links within.

If you ever intend to add puddle or spot lights, probably makes sense to run the extra wiring while you're already in it. Running the wires was by far the worst part of the process. The BSM relocation to the sail panels took a few attempts to find an LED that worked with my 2019 (think I ended up needing a resistor despite looking for some that had it built-in).

I can't seem to find @RainMan_PNW's build thread. Maybe I just don't know how to navigate this website very well. I saw the other links that @bflooks posted and they seemed helpful for the pins at the mirror, but I don't know what wire's to tap into at the kick panels. It doesn't show that in the photos on the links.

    Thank you!

You've got more help than you could ask for on this forum. I just happen to be online today.

The smart people will need to assist with the technical details since I just walked the roads they paved.

It'll make more sense once you start opening things up. I started on the doors with the BSM relocation and then worked my way in towards the switch.
