Wildernest for sale $1500obo

Selling the Wildernest camper I bought a few months back. Nothing wrong with it just not feeling the look of it on the truck and a little more set up and tear down time than what I want.

It's in pretty good shape. Has a little bit of desert pinstriping on it. The previous owner painted it black and cleaned it up a bit. Everything functions correctly and the mattress is very comfortable. All brackets and poles are included. The tent does have some staining but that does not affect its performance.

It is currently on my 1st gen DC Tundra and is a bit too wide and long. For it to fit the previous owner added 2 6" wide plates that run the length of the camper that are bolted to the bed as well as the camper. It will most likely fit on most 6 1/2' bed trucks (i.e. Silverado, F150, Ram,etc). Dimensions are 80" long by 72" wide.

Looking to get $3000 obo for it. Located in SoCal. Will travel within a few hours. PM for any questions.

Out of curiosity how does that hold up in rain. Is there a rain fly for these tents or how does that work out

 

I haven't had it out in any rain myself but the tent fabric is supposed to have a waterproof coating on it. This one does need to be retreated. If it were actually water proof then i wouldn't see any reason why you couldn't have it open in the rain. It would definitely need to be opened up to dry out after but that's no different than any other tent or rtt.
