Hello, my truck is making a "click" almost like a solenoid whenever I'm coasting to a stop. It almost times up perfectly when the transmission goes into neutral, after downshifting a couple times, when coasting to a stop. This is low speed only. It sounds like its coming from the middle of the truck. Also, I'm not sure if its my mind playing games or not, sometimes I can feel it in the brake pedal.

My transmission had a pan gasket leak about 10k miles ago (50k), replaced under warranty by dealer. I'm almost suspecting a fluid level issue due to them having to drop the pan and replace fluid.

    Any idears?

What year is your truck? If it is one of the years that has zerk fitting in the driveline then pump some grease in them and see if that help. Not sure of the year, but sometime around 2020 Toyota started using sealed drivelines with no zerks.

However, the noise and feeling of a click or thud when coming to a stop is a symptom of a driveline needing some grease.
