I don’t think you can powder coat a tire, but it is 2024, so who knows

Prices will vary, I recently was quoted $110-175 a wheel. Some places do a primer coat, some don’t. Some will add a clear, some don’t. Just have to see they are offering for their price and decide what you want.

Yes, you can powder coat your factory wheels. I had mine powder coated gray; they shop media blasts them, primes, powder coats color, then powder coated clear because I asked them to, which cost me a little more but it's worth it to me. Was about $450 OTD. They are on their second winter and holding up great. I run them year round.

I powder coated my rims myself and they came out very nice. I had to build my own stove to fit the 20" rims. I found a free stove that had a one and a half oven set up and made one large oven. Here is a picture test fitting the rim in the stove.

 Teach me, master.... I've been marketplace, craigslist and curb side shopping for an oven to do this exactly... Considered building a custom oven in the back yard, have a dirt section all the way in the back with a brick wall fence, if it catches fire, it'll burn itself out... Also got a propane heater that's been sitting in my garage for the better part of 6 months on hold.

You need to find one of the oven and a halves. Remove the two front doors then cut out fhe middle section in fhe stove. Use the metal you removed to build the sides and to join the two doors together. There are a few youtube videos showing how to do it.

I make it sound easy but it does take some fabrication skills and wiring knowledge.

Had mine done years ago. Cost was $50.00 per wheel. They look as good today as the day they were done.
