I just purchased a new 2024 Tundra TRD PRO to replace my 2023 Ford F150 Lariet FX4 with the 3.5L ecoboost which was totaled in an accident. This is my first Toyota truck. Owned 2 Prius’s before so I’m familiar with Toyota quality and their older hybrid system. I live in NE Florida. Looking for advice on where to buy discounted genuine Toyota parts. Right now I need a bed step, bed mat, and a tonneau cover.

Welcome to the forum! I don't know where to get discounted Toyota parts, so if you find something let me know! LOL

Best I can do there is let you know that the online store of most dealerships is usually cheaper than if you walk in and buy it. Silly, but if you order it online and then go pick it up you save money most of the time.

Congrats on the PRO! What color did you get, or better yet, post up a pic! :worthless:

One bit of advice, forget everything you know about Toyota hybrids. The Tundra hybrid system is not meant to increase fuel efficiency, it is a power boosting system. You'll likely see lower MPG than you hope for or were advertised, but once the engine starts breaking in it will improve. At least that's what other guys in the 3rd gens are reporting.
