    I have a 2013 CM SR5. Non JBL,
bongiovi head unit. I have power to the head unit. All controls work etc. but have zero sound. No buzzing. No hum or anything. I be read things about the amplifier(which I cannot find) being the issue. Any help is appreciated. I currently have it pulled out of my dash.

I have the same one out of my 2013 that was working when removed. It’s in San Diego and free if picked up

So I spoke to a parts manager at a dealiship. Says it’s the amplifier, a known issue. And gave me the location. Will update. Says it can be bypassed
