Anyone running Lucas in their 5.7Ls?

<$5 a quart seems like a good deal for it.

A better deal is to order synthetic oil from Costco. Full price is $4 per quart when you order (2) 5-quart jugs for $40. They go on sale regularly for 20% off, which makes it $3.20 per quart. It’s on sale now, and I just ordered two packs. 20 quarts total for $64, delivered.


Is Lucas fine? Yeah, sure. Just like all the others.

But, good luck finding anyone that has seen a 5.7 fail due to an oil issue. Keep clean oil in it and change it regularly.

 

Not sure I’d want to pay 56% more for oil that isn’t going to do any better and isn’t as convenient to put in my motor without a big measuring cup!
