I think it is the dealer installed system.
Can you find the positive wire (hopefully red wire or a black wire with a white stripe) and disconnect it? Look for a wire either going to the fuse box under the dash or a wire going into the fuse box under the hood. Last place would be a wire going directly to the battery. If you find it disconnect it and see if it goes away.
If the dealership is close just stop by and let them fix it.
Good luck and keep us updated.

Check the build link in my signature.
    Yes
@AZBoatHauler just this week was trying to figure out that same sound in an older Sequoia he bought - it would only do that on cold starts.

Did you ask the dealer to install said device?

personally, I’d be pissed if some dealer tech t-tap hacked my new (to me) truck’s wires to put something like that in it

Yep - it was that EXACT noise. There is a GPS tracker tucked somewhere. Mine was zip tied under the dash between the steering wheel and console.

I was bitching about it on the $4200 Sequoia - not cool to be playing with wiring on a $50k truck.

OMG that's the "swat" system! It was already installed when I bought the truck. Now to find it. THANK YOU so much!
